With a lot of talk about change in the county lately, it raises some natural questions. Where have we been? What have we done? Who was here before us? This started as a personal research project, and somewhere along the way I decided I could share it with everyone through this website. The site will keep growing as I come across more.
I should say up front that I use AI to help with this project, especially with research and writing, so I apologize for any quirks that pop up because of that. There is a lot of material to work through as one person, and I am doing my best to iron out the kinks. Every page has a list of external sources at the bottom showing where the information was pulled from.
